1. PRE-MORNING

  1. Warm water with Lemon, One Walnut
    or
  2. Warm Water with Apple Cider Vinegar, 4 Soaked Almonds.

2. BREAKFAST

  1. 2 Egg White Omelet with lots of vegetables, Glass of Skimmed Milk, 4 Soaked Almonds
    or
  2. 2 Small Dal Chilla or Besan Chilla, Glass of Skimmed Milk

3. MID-MORNING MEAL

  1. A Fruit With Green Tea
    or
  2. Coconut Water

4. LUNCH

  1. Bowl full of Salad (Cucumber + Tomatoes and more) One small Roti vegetable prepared in one spoon oil & Small Bowl of Dal
    or
  2. Brown Rice Pulao & Bowl of Cucumber Raita.

5. POST LUNCH

  1. A Cup of Green Tea.

6. EVENING SNACKS

  1. Murmura with lots of Vegetables and Lemon
    or
  2. Fruit or Small Bowl of Sprouts.

7. DINNER

  1. Paneer tikka/chicken Tikka with oil brushed vegetables
    or
  2. Oats with Skimmed Milk and An apple
